Overpriced and poorly maintained – view is the only highlight Positive: nice ocean views. Negative: The location is on a road, so it’s not particularly quiet, and you can’t walk to shops or cafes or easily access the beach—making the view the only real highlight. The apartment was not clean or well maintained—hair left in the bathroom, dirty sink, visible mould on bathroom walls, greasy kitchen cabinets, and dirty windows impacting the view. The property felt dated and poorly presented, with a Christmas tree still up in March. The balcony door was very difficult to open, and there were no basic amenities like milk or coffee pods. Overall, it did not represent value for the price paid.

Absolutely fantastic, would definitely come again! Positive: This beautiful apartment had such an amazing view of the water, with great facilities such as a tennis court that we really enjoyed which we were provided tennis rackets and balls. They had a game room with table tennis, a pool table etc that we really loved. Staff were fantastic, friendly and very fast at replying to our enquiries. We enjoyed having the Netflix available on our tv, and sitting out on the deck watching the water. My family and I had a wonderful time! Negative: Everything was perfect except we thought the apartment was a little dirty

Positive: The water view was unmatched to any other property. Small and cosy. Negative: The place was older than expected. The heater remote was difficult to work. It was very windy so couldn't use the outside.

Positive: Location was excellent if you're happy to drive 15mins to Central Apollo Bay. Instructions were simple and clear from owner which made checking in simple.
